There are many different ways to memorialise your loved one and knowing which type to choose is not always straight forward. Often our customers choose a design that covers the full length and width of the grave. These are normally referred to as Kerb Sets, or Kerbed Memorials. Kerbed memorials are usually permitted only in certain areas of a cemetery, they are rarely allowed in churchyards and it is important to check when purchasing a grave, or commissioning a memorial what format the authorising body permits.

All our kerb-sets are individually designed and feature deeply V-cut lettering for a more beautiful and enduring finish. We prefer to use locally sourced stone, rather than the highly polished granite imported from across the globe. This means that our kerbed memorials sit more comfortably in the traditional setting of a British cemetery.

We offer a complete package. Our process normally starts with a telephone or email conversation. Once we understand your requirements we make a series of design proposals and work with you to arrive at a final drawing. We take care of the paperwork required by the cemetery and study any regulations that apply. Once we have created your kerbed memorial, our qualified stonemasons install according to recognised industry standards.
